Magic fairy wings in April

Each month the children have the wonderful job of testing out a few toys or products from magic fairy wings. A site that I am lucky enough to be ambassador for.

This month we had two products to play with. A canvas butterfly painting set made by melissa and doug and a butterfly lunch box from bugzz.

Butterfly canvas set

Each kit includes everything you need to turn a rainy afternoon into a wall-worthy masterpiece: a preprinted canvas stretched over an 8×10″ wooden frame, six flip-top tubes of paint, a mixing tray, and a brush. You can get it for £4.99, which I think is a bargain.

I left this for Dylan to paint, at two years of age it would of been far to difficult for Matilda. Dylan was more than happy to paint it for his little sister to put on her wall. The bonus of this set is the paints did seem to go a long way so even after Dylan had finished the masterpiece there was still plenty of paint for Matilda to play with and I loved the little pots for the paints. They have been washed and will be used again. Perfect for little fingers to fit in.

The end result was really effective and will be hung with pride by big brother in Matilda’s room. He even wants to sign and date it for her. It would make a lovely birthday present for a child of around 7 years of age and when completed it could also be a lovely gift to pass on or put pride of place on the bedroom wall.

Butterfly Lunch Bag

The Bugzz Kids Stuff lunch bags are available in five different styles, we picked the butterfly style. The lunch bag has an internal strap to hold a drinks bottle. The lunch bag is insulated and has an easy wipe clean surface. The bag is currently £8.99.

Matilda doesn’t need a lunch box for nursery yet but we do get out and about lots and that normally involves a picnic.

I actually managed to get her sandwich box and Dylan sandwich box in the bag so it’s quite a good size. Perfect size for her to carry. A lovely design on both side’s and most importantly easy to keep clean.

You can get both of these items now and if you use the code EBF10 at checkout you get 10% discount until the 12th of May. Pop over to www.magicfairywings.co.uk and have a look, lots and lots of toys and children’s products to choose from.
