Today we visited a hidden gem in Herefordshire. Hampton Court Castle and Gardens can be found between Hereford and Leominster (close to the junction of the A49 and A417). Free Parking, it cost £13 for adults to go around the castle and gardens and £7.25 for children over 5 (under 5 free). Nearly Festival Season
I have turned the calendar over to May, this can which can only mean one thing in this household. Days out – Tintern Abbey
Today after a long lovely walk we found ourselves passing Tintern Abbey in Monmouthshire and with a spare couple of hours it seemed a shame not to stop. An area of outstanding beauty with this beautiful shell of a Abbey in the middle of it, we all enjoyed the time we had to run around and explore.
